Writers Helping Writers

I just came upon this site that has a plethora of writing information that I would like to share with you.  It's called Writers Helping Writers and is run by Angela Ackerman.  Angela has really done her homework to save you, the author or author to be, a lot of time searching for this stuff.

Under their Writing Tools page, you'll find ways to:
  • Visualize your character’s flaws & associated behaviors
  • Organize and group your character’s positive attributes by category
  • Dig deep into who your character is by exploring his backstory & personality (love this one...I've seen other character profile sheets before but this one is way better)
  • Transform all those generic, boring verbs into power verbs (I especially loved this one)
  • How to get rid of those pesky overused words
  • How to get the most out of Facebook
  • How to get the most out of blogging
  • How to get the most out of Twitter
And her writers resource page was fantastic.

Don't finish your book until you read over the wonderful writing tips that Writers Helping Writers gives you!
